PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the construction efficiency particularly when a resin pipe or a pipe mat which becomes hard and becomes difficult to handle when atmospheric temperature is low is installed on a ceiling, a wall, or a floor. SOLUTION: A warm fluid is supplied into a resin pipe 5 or a pipe mat 1 to make soft the pipe 5 or the pipe mat 1.
