PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column beam joining part reinforcing method of a unit building, a structure, the unit building, and a reconstruction method of the unit building, capable of performing sure and high-quality reinforcement. SOLUTION: This method reinforces a joining part of a column 3c and a beam 3a of the unit building 1; and separates the column lower end and a foundation 10, by welding a reinforcing plate 34 over a beam end part from a column lower end surface, to a surface in contact with the foundation 10 in the vicinity of the column including the joining part of the column 3c and the beam 3a of a building unit 2.
