PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially advantageous method for producing a polycarbonate resin composition having excellent dispersibility of a filler in a nanometer-order level, and further having excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, impact resistance, transparency and dimensional stability. SOLUTION: A polycarbonate of a polymerization product is obtained by an interfacial polymerization method by polycondensing a bisphenol compound with phosgene in the presence of an organic solvent and an alkali aqueous solution. Inorganic components are removed from the solution containing the polycarbonate by washing and the resultant aqueous solution phase is separated. The prescribed filler is added to the organic solvent phase containing the polycarbonate, and the resin composition comprising the polycarbonate and the filler is precipitated from the organic solvent.
