PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic containing an oxy acid or retinol, having the effect of protecting the hair or making the hair healthy, hard to be oxidizable and stable with time without giving the skin irritancy or unpleasant feeling by the active ingredient(s) in the cosmetic. SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic is blended with an oily compound with the oxy acid such as glicolic acid, lactic or salicylic acid or retinol, both or one of which is silylated. Thus, owing to the silylation, this oily cosmetic is soluble to oil and becomes stable even at higher pH, suppressing irritancy to the skin, and the oily compound is stabilized by substituting the hydroxy group with trimethylsilane or the like and blended as an ingredient hard to be oxidizable and stable with time.
