PURPOSE: A horn plate assembly of a vehicle is provided to improve assembly and process efficiency by installing the horn plate assembly between a press member used for a cover and a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION: In a horn plate assembly(1) of a vehicle disposed between a central portion of a steering wheel and a press member used for a cover to intermit electricity applied on a horn, first and second insert metal plates(12,13) are separated from each other and insert-molded in a synthetic resin support plate(11) fixed and arranged between the central portion of the steering wheel and the press member used for a cover. Plural switching elastic terminals(14) are separated from each other and installed on the first insert plate. Plural switching fixed terminals(15) are separated and mounted on the second insert plate contacting with the front end of the switching elastic terminal.
