PURPOSE: A remote video education system with foreign children using the Internet is provided to acquire international sense and languages by visually experiencing culture exchange with the foreign children through the Internet, and offer cultural remains survey, governmental/public office field learning, and exposition participation in real-time through the online. CONSTITUTION: The system includes an operator terminal(110), a management server(120), a broadcasting server(130), a web server(200), a remote terminal(400), a foreign children education institution(300), a direct control shop(310), and a member shop(320). The broadcasting server stores programs related to children education, processes/answers A/V(Audio/Video) data transmitted from the web server in real-time, and provides recorded broadcasting by controlling media based on an embedded schedule. The web server relays the operator and connectors, and provides various media to each connector based on the programmed schedule. The remote terminal transmits a field learning scene pictured from a camera(410) to the web server in real-time through the online.
