RULE-BASED AUTOMATIC GENERATION METHOD FOR VARIOUS KINDS OF REPORTS NEEDED FOR LAW AMENDMENT PROCESS THROUGH TEXT STRUCTURE UNDERSTANDING, AMENDMENT TYPE ANALYSIS, AND TEXT STRUCTURE FAMILY MAP ANALYSIS

PURPOSE: A rule-based automatic generation method for various kinds of reports needed for a law amendment process through text structure understanding, amendment type analysis, and text structure family map analysis is provided to reduce repeated works and realize standardization of law by automatically/correctly generating various reports needed for the law amendment process. CONSTITUTION: A compiling screen to compile an amendment plan is offered based on the current law and the compiled amendment plan is stored in a memory. Among the texts of the amendment plan, the text different from the current law is marked in an amendment type expression by a drafter(S120). An amendment type is analyzed by analyzing a continued number of the same amendment type as the amendment type expression marked in the amendment text, as each text of the current law and the amendment is parsed(S150). While the amendment plan having a specified form is generated, expression contents of the amendment plan are automatically generated by using an amended part of the amendment plan and the analyzed amendment type, and referring to an amendment generation rule(S160).
