<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management method which introduces information from peripheral utilities, such as a molded product pick up machine, a molded product inspecting machine and so on, to execute production management in a multiple-set management system managing a plurality of molding machines. <P>SOLUTION: The production management method is provided with injection molding machines (1-1 to 1-n) equipped with the molded product pick up machines (2-1 to 2-n), the molded product inspecting machine 4 and a management device 5, and manages the number of molded products to be produced by each injection molding machine by means of the management device, and then produces the planned total production number of the molded products. The molded product inspecting machine, which determines whether the products picked up by each molded product pick up machine are defective and disposes of the defective products, outputs the result of the inspection indicating at least either the number of normal products or the number of defective products. The management device corrects the planned total production number based on the planned total production number, the number of shots from the beginning of the production to the present in each injection molding machine, the number of the products picked up from the beginning of the production to the present sent from each molded product pick up machine; and the result of the inspection. Then, the management device allocates the values thus corrected to each injection molding machine and makes each injection molding machine produce the allocated number of the products. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
