<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lap robe surely wrapping the lower leg part of a wearer so as to secure warmth retaining properties for the lower leg part and prevent slipping off of the upper region of the robe covering over a part ranging from her (his) lower abdomen to the vicinity of her (his) thigh part. <P>SOLUTION: The lap robe 10 comprises a main body sheet 12 formed into an almost rectangular shape, and a storing bag 15 connectedly installed at the side of an upper edge 13 of the main body sheet 12 in the inner part of which the folded main body sheet 12 is storable. The main body sheet 12 is provided with an upper part region 19 covering the vicinity of the thigh part, a lower part region 20 covering the vicinity of the lower leg part, and a notch part 22 formed in the vicinity of the boundary between the upper part region 19 and the lower part region 20. The lower part region 20 is provided with an engaging means 26 with which right and left both edges 23, 24 are engaged to each other. Such a structure makes it possible to maintain the lower leg part to be cylindrically wrapped over with only the lower part region 20, and to regulate the displacement caused on the upper part region 19 according to the wrapping state of the lower part region 20 to prevent the upper part region 19 from slipping off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
