PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle with a continuously variable transmission capable of preventing impairment of driving comfortability of a rider of the motorcycle by switching the control mode. SOLUTION: The motorcycle with the continuously variable transmission has a switch unit 140. The switch unit 140 comprises an A/M switch 142 capable of switching the manual mode and the automatic mode, a manual shift-up switch 143 capable of changing the transmission gear ratio of a CVT device 64 from a low ratio to a high ratio, a manual shift-down switch 144 capable of changing the transmission gear ratio from a high ratio to a low ratio, and a power mode switch 145 capable of changing the economy mode and the power mode. When the manual mode is switched to the automatic mode, the control of the transmission gear ratio of the CVT device 64 is switched from the manual mode to the automatic economy mode.
