PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin lens plate which is little deformed and has little fluctuation in plate thickness and characteristics. SOLUTION: A resin plate with grooves is molded by an extruding or casting method. Moreover a light-absorbing film (light-intercepting film) 3 is formed in the portions of the grooves of the molded resin plate and minute convex lenses are molded in the surface of the plate by a hot embossing method by using a stationary mold having spherical minute concave portions arranged regularly at a prescribed pitch and a movable mold. Thereby the resin lens plate 1 having spherical minute convex lenses 2 arranged regularly at a prescribed lens pitch is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
