PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balun circuit in which area-saving and low cost are attained while securing isolation characteristics between input ports. SOLUTION: A Wilkinson type power synthesizer A1 is formed on the surface of a multilayer substrate wherein a first and a second two lines 18, 19 of an approximate 1/4 wavelength and a chip resistor 17 are connected annularly. A first port 31 is connected to the input terminal of the second line 18 of the approximate 1/4 wavelength. A second port 32 is connected to the input terminal of the line 19 of the approximate 1/4 wavelength through an about 1/2 wavelength line 24 formed on an inner layer of the multilayer substrate. The first and the second lines 18, 19 of the approximate 1/4 wavelength and the about 1/2 wavelength line 24 are arranged in an approximately overlapped state in a thickness direction of the multilayer substrate.
