PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator liquid recycling and processing device capable of positively recycling and processing a used radiator liquid. SOLUTION: The radiator used liquid taken out of a radiator 10 is stored temporarily in a cushion tank 20. A recycling processing agent 32 is added to the radiator used liquid in the cushion tank 20 by an adding means 30 and then, the radiator used liquid is recycled and processed. Then, the recycled and processed radiator recycled used liquid is fed into a removing means 40, and impurities contained in the radiator recycled liquid are filtered and removed by a filter 42 in the removing means, and the radiator recycled liquid is returned again into the radiator 10.
