PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an influence to another similar receiver when performing a radio communication with a signal to the other receiver within a small area like a room etc. SOLUTION: In a room 2, a remote control operating device 3 reads a plurality of IDs of answering devices R21 to R24, and transmits the IDs and command signals for driving and controlling a TV receiver 2 to the TV receiver 2. Thereby the TV receiver 2 can recognize the command signal to have been transmitted from the remote control operating device 3 existed in the room 2, then a reception control is performed responding to the command signals. Even if the command signal is received from the remote control operating device 3, a TV receiver 1 existed in an adjacent room 1 can recognize the IDs sent accompanied with the command signals as not being sent from the room 1, thereby the TV receiver 1 does not operate improperly by the command signals sent from adjacent rooms.
