PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably store a loading platform without looseness. SOLUTION: A running-on roller 41 is provided on two pairs of first and second parallel link arms 10, 13 sides. A member 43 to be run-on is provided below the floor surface 3a of a packing case 3. When the running-on roller 41 starts running on the member 43 to be run-on just before the storage completion of the loading platform 5, a space between the loading platform 5 and a slide rail 21 below the floor surface 3a is gradually decreased. At the completion of storage of the loading platform 5, the running-on roller 41 completes running on the member 43 to be run-on, so that the loading platform 5 is pressed against a slide rail 21.
