PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reconstruction image with few reconstruction errors by specifying a proper distance between a two-dimensional detector and a radiation source in CBCT. SOLUTION: It is a radiation CT imaging apparatus that has a radiation source (101) exposing a subject to a radiation, a mandrel means (102) rotating the subject body under the radiation, and a two-dimensional detector (105) detecting the radiation, and that has about 200 cm or more of a distance between the radiation focal point and the two-dimensional detector (105).
