PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply controller capable of completely cutting off a power supply and not requiring excessive number of parts for a circuit. SOLUTION: This power supply controller is provided with a power supply switch 1 connected with a power supply 5, a push switch 2 branched from the power supply 5, a voltage subtractor 3 provided with voltage from the power supply 5 when the push switch 2 is turned on and a CPU4 giving a direction of switching the circuit by the power supply switch 1 as a part of circuit configuration.
