PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute data transfer to a serial communication buffer smoothly or without causing system failure even upon task switching, and execute more precise synchronization unaffected by external disturbance. SOLUTION: A frame synchronization device in a communication terminal device comprises a receiving memory 11, a processor 12 for decoding data, transferring memories 14a and 14b for storing the decoded data, the serial communication buffer 16 for storing the data by DMA data transfer, a DMA controller 17 configured to control the data transfer and thereby control the data transfer rate, a D/A converter 18 for D/A-converting the serial data, and a correction control part 20 for comparing the data transfer rate of a current frame and a data transfer rate received from another station to detect a synchronization error, and if the synchronization error exceeds a given threshold, correcting the data transfer rate by the DMA controller 17 for the next frame.
