PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator device facilitating assembling, maintenance and inspection, and control, having a compact size excellent silence, operating a member to be operated at a high speed, and manually operating the member to be operated like a door, for example, easily and freely even in use. SOLUTION: This actuator device 28 comprises: a ball screw shaft 30; a nut 32 supported on the ball screw shaft 30 through two or more balls; two support bearings 34, 36 rotatably supporting the positions of a nut separated from each other in the longitudinal direction; and a rotation driving source 38 for moving the ball screw shaft in one direction and in the other direction along the longitudinal direction as the nut is rotated in one direction and in the other, wherein at least one end part of the ball screw shaft is connected to an article 40 to be operated, whereby the article to be operated is operated by the movement of the ball screw shaft.
