PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for sealing a boot of a constant speed joint, which structure has excellent sealing performance. SOLUTION: The structure for sealing the boot of the constant speed joint comprises the boot 1 having a peripheral groove portion 5 provided on the outer peripheral surface 3d of the large diameter mounting portion 3 of the boot, and an annular adapter 20 which is attached to the outer peripheral surface 3d of the large diameter mounting portion 3 and has an inside peripheral surface having almost the same shape as that of the outer peripheral surface 3d of the boot.
