PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet coupling device of a fixing structure to a magnet holder of a back yoke plate having high reliability even under an operating environment at a high temperature, and easy in automating of manufacturing line. SOLUTION: In the driving disc magnet side assembly of the magnet coupling device, the back yoke plate 12 provided on a bottom in the storage recess 10a of the magnet holder 10 has swelling hooking sections Q caved in the inner surface F of the storage recess 10a in association with plastic deformation by printing pressure of a pointed piece T after positioning in circumferential equally divided sections 8 along a peripheral edge, and a driving disc magnet 13 is magnetically attached onto the back yoke plate 12.
