PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an outside thermal insulation building capable of widening an indoor space, supporting an external wall member firmly even if it is heavy, and coping with change of thickness of a thermal insulation material. SOLUTION: One end part in the direction of width is fixed on an outer side face of a column 27, and the other end part in the direction of width protrudes in the direction of the external wall member 42. A first corrugated sheet member 48 is provided over substantially whole length in the direction of height of the column. One end part in the direction of width is fixed to an inner side face of the external wall member opposing to the column, and the other end part in the direction of width protrudes in the direction of column. A second corrugated sheet member 49 is provided over substantially whole length in the direction of height of the external wall member. A support wall 47 supporting both end parts in the direction of width of the thermal insulation material and the external wall member is constituted by the first and second corrugated sheet members 48, 49. The support wall connects the first and second corrugated sheet members mutually by overlapping corrugated parts of the first and second corrugated sheet members while overlapping width of the corrugated parts is adjusted in accordance with thickness of the thermal insulation material.
