摘要 <p>The oven etc. has a cooking/baking chamber with sensor to detect a concentration of an atmospheric gas, excluding carbon dioxide, and an electric/electronic control system with evaluation circuit and store, connected to the sensor. An oven function is triggered as soon as the gas concentration after the start of the cooking/baking process and the heating of the food, has reached an extreme e.g. max. level, or the first discharge of the gas concentration after the extreme level has been reached once, is zero. The oven function is the automatic switching-off of the oven heater and/or a cooking timer signal.</p>
