The pen has a housing (1) with chamber (2) with outlet (3) at one end for a flowing medium. A pressure piston (4) axially moveable in the housing is connected to an actuator part (6) via a length-adjustable element (5). The actuator part is held in the other housing end. Turning of the part causes a change of volume in the chamber, of max. 100mm 3 per turn. The length-adjustable element is a screw-thread arrangement (8,9,10), a telescopic or spring unit, or a combination of these. The chamber outlet is sealed by a closure valve (16), and the pressure piston is a rubber element with ring seal (7). The pen is approx. of the shape and size of a ball-point pen, and has a fiber tip (23) and a cap.
