The present invention relates to a flash memory card, which can store various digital data such as music files, graphical files, document and data files, etc., by packaging a flash memory semiconductor into a card-shaped casing. This invention provides a device for protecting data of a flash memory card which includes an erroneous erase-preventing circuit, an erroneous erase input circuit, a moisture proof member, a shunt circuit and data-protecing circuit built therein, thereby ensuring water and moisture proofness of a flash memory card, minimizing occurrence of poor connection of an output terminal for the flash memory card due to electrically conductive dusts, and minimally reducing a possibility of data damage of the flash memory card due to not only erroneous input/output operation between the flash memory card and a computer input/output device or a computer application device (e.g. MP3 player) but also misuse of a user.
