PURPOSE: Provided are a polypeptide specific to human 4-1BB molecule and its coding gene. The humanized polypeptide decreases the antigenicity, and has the excellent therapeutic effects on tumor, AIDS and the like. CONSTITUTION: The polypeptide is characterized by humanizing an antigene which binds to 4-1BB of CD8 T lymphoblast to activateCD8 T cell. A therapeutic composition comprises a polypeptide selected from the group consisting of polypeptides of SEQ ID NO:1 to 14 and having specificity to 4-1BB.
