FIELD: oil and gas extractive industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has inlet and outlet pipelines, on each of which a flange is placed with chamber for draining pressure, and narrowing diaphragm placed between pipelines with compacting rings on its end surfaces. Flange on first pipeline is fixed rigidly, and on second pipeline it is placed with possible displacement along the axis and interacts with diaphragm and stopping ring on this pipeline, between which and moveable flange an additional compaction is placed.
