FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves creating diaphragm tissue duplicature under diaphanoscopy control. The relaxed diaphragm cupula is pulled by drawing single holding suture placed in most prominent place. A suture is placed along greater ellipse axis in relaxed ellipse-shaped cupula base in suturing each relaxed cupula wall all the way through. The wall is sutured with base suture ligature in the relaxed cupula base from in-pierce point to out-pierce point and vice versa.
