摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for affinity electrophoresis which rapidly and accurately separates and detects an analyzed object and a method for rapidly and accurately processing electrophoresis. <P>SOLUTION: The member for the affinity electrophoresis has a minute flow path and a porous layer on which a probe is fixed and has an affinity to the analyzed object in a part of an inner wall face of the flow path. An average distance between the porous layer and the facing inner wall has a range within 1-50 &mu;m. In the method for processing the electrophoresis, the material substantially having the affinity to the probe and contained in a solution having viscosity of 0.2-20 (mPs), is separated and detected by the electrophoresis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
