<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally sprayed coating-coated member which has excellent heat resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance, and to provide its advantageous production method. <P>SOLUTION: A heat resistant and oxidation resistant composite thermally spraying material obtained by coating the surface of heat resistant alloy powder having a mean particle diameter of 5 to 100 μm with a chromium oxide film with a thickness of 0.1 to 10 μm is deposited on the surface of a metallic substrate in a melted or half-melted state to form a sprayed coating consisting of a layer in which Cr<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>ceramics and an MCrAlX alloy are coexistent, so that the thermally sprayed coating-coated member is produced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
