PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting device of an all-around multi-camera system of which the correction work is easy with high precision. SOLUTION: A semi-spheric screen 102 is arranged so as to cover the cameras so that the screen surface has equal distance from the camera 103 of the all around multi-camera system 108. A pattern for measuring positional information (or color characteristic information) is projected on the screen 102 from the apex toward directly under the semi-spheric screen 102 by using a projector 100 equipped with a fish-eye lens 101 and simultaneously photographed with the respective cameras 103. For example, photographed image data are compared with the simulation data at the ideal viewpoint of the camera, which is preset in an adjustment controller 109 and position correction data are obtained. Continuous all-around images by simultaneous photography with the respective cameras are obtained since misregistration among the cameras is corrected when the position correction data are set in an image processor 105.
