摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a metal-ceramic composite material having a hollow structure with a high hollow portion by a non-compression infiltration method, without forming an unfilled part of a metal or a crack. SOLUTION: The production method comprises preparing a hole leading to the outside, in a preform of a wall part or a top board part; making the preform of the wall part into a preform having such a cell structure in which a space formed by an outer wall part is separated into a plurality of sections by partitions in the same direction as the outer wall part; making a ceramic powder or a ceramic fiber which composes an inner part of the hollow part side in the preforms of the wall part and/or the top board part among the preforms composing the hollow part, contain magnesium dust; assembling the preforms of the bottom part, the wall part and the top board part to form a preform having the hollow structure; and impregnating the preform with molten aluminum or a molten aluminum alloy by the non-compression infiltration process.
