PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermostat easily miniaturizable, and capable of reducing a manufacturing cost by avoiding increase of the number of components of an electric apparatus for installing it. SOLUTION: This thermostat is provided, in a case, with: a bimetal deformable by temperature change; a moving pin displaceable by being pressed by the deformation of the bimetal; a moving contact plate elastically deformed by being pressed by the displacement of the moving pin; a pair of fixed contacts capable of being electrically connected to each other by contacting to each other through the moving contact plate, and capable of coming into non-conduction state by being separated from each other by the elastic deformation of the moving contact plate.
