PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency oscillator capable of realizing local heating on the basis of a new operation principle. SOLUTION: This high-frequency oscillator comprises: a ferromagnetic substance for generating conductive electrons having magnetization thermal fluctuation and spin fluctuation dependent on the thermal fluctuation; a nonmagnetic conductor stacked on the ferromagnet for transmitting the conductive electrons; a magnetic substance stacked on the nonmagnetic conductor for generating magnetic resonance by receiving the injected conductive electrons and bringing about a magnetic bipole mutual actions on the magnetization of an adjacent magnetic area by magnetization vibration due to the magnetic resonance; a first electrode electrically connected to the ferromagnet; and a second electrode electrically connected to the magnetic substance.
