PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a service quality management system. SOLUTION: The service quality management system 50 acquires infIndex of an input and output interface from the SNMP-MIB (Simple Network Management Protocol-Management Information Base) 32 of a communication processor, and collects information showing an interface characteristic such as total packet number of input and output from the SNMP-MIB 21 based on the acquired ifIndex.
