PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of accurately evaluating the compatibility of a load current to vehicle's electrical wiring under normal conditions. SOLUTION: Evaluation criteria for evaluating the compatibility of the load current are created by referring to load component information and protective component information previously stored in a storage means 1B, and using the rated value of a protective component. The evaluation criteria are referred to to evaluate the compatibility of the load current which flows in a predetermined part of the electrical wiring in the vehicle under normal conditions. The evaluation result is outputted from an output means 1F. Thus, because the rated value of the protective component is used in the creation of the evaluation criteria for the load current, the evaluation criteria become very distinct.
