发明名称 SERVO OFFSET CORRECTION METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic offset correction method without interrupting servo control by computing an offset change quantity of a servo error signal while using an inflection point of the servo error signal as a reference. SOLUTION: An offset is changed to the plus direction from a present position. The offset quantity can be about a tenth part of a tracking error amplitude. In this condition, a sine wave-shaped disturbance signal of several kHz is injected to measure a servo gain (401). Then, the offset is changed in the minus direction, and the servo gain is measured in the similar manner to that for the process 401 (402). The obtained servo gains are compared mutually (403), and if the gain changing the offset to the plus side is larger, an offset correction quantity is set to the plus side.
