COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND ITS CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system that avoids the concentration of load on a management server and that performs a charging process and a connecting process after ensuring the state of communication even in the case of P2P communication where direct communication is performed end-to-end; and to provide its control method. SOLUTION: The communication system causes a management server 10 to authenticate the use of a P2P communication tool from a user's terminal 20a and to receive an online message or a communication end message (including communication information) from the user's terminal 20a and record and manage it. This enables the management server 10 to ensure the state of communication between the two ends, thereby limiting the use of the tool and performing a charging process without applying extra load to the management server.
