PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a bonding failure in the case of bonding an elastic body gasket 2 to a plate body 1 having warp and distortion with an adhesive. SOLUTION: The adhesive is previously applied to an adhesive object surface 21a of a gasket 2 made of rubber-like elastic material. After the gasket 2 is inserted in a gasket holding groove 31, fluid pressure P<SB>A</SB>is supplied between the gasket holding groove 31 and the gasket 2 to press the adhesive object surface 21a of the gasket 2 to an adhesive object surface 12b of the plate body 1 with the fluid pressure P<SB>A</SB>.
