PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding joint for connecting the resin tube of a fuel tank excellent in fuel permeation resistance, which is well welded and integrated with a resin fuel tank and is hard to deform even if press-fitted with a resin tube, to well hold an original clamping force. SOLUTION: A welding joint 10 for connecting the resin tube 18 of a fuel tank 12 comprises a first section 22 which is a welded side and is made from a resin material that welds with the fuel tank 12, and a second section 24 which is made from a resin material higher in resistance against fuel permeation and strength than the first section 22 and receives a fastening force from the resin tube 18 by directly engaging with the resin tube 18. At any part along the interface between the first section 22 and the second section 24, an O-ring 40 for preventing permeation of fuel through the interface and an annular space 38 for accommodating it are provided.
