PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of a large amount of evaporated fuel to the atmosphere caused by failure to close a fuel cap after fuel feeding by executing leak diagnosis from right after fuel feeding in an evaporated fuel control device for an internal combustion engine, and also to shorten repair time and reduce repair cost by performing a condition to determine whether or not it is right after fuel feeding in the leak diagnosis, and by discriminating between a reason caused by failure to close the fuel cap and a reason except for failure to close the fuel cap regarding a cause of occurrence of the large amount of leak. SOLUTION: In this control device, an atmosphere releasing passage to open a canister to the atmosphere is provided, and an atmosphere opening/closing valve is arranged in the atmosphere releasing passage. The control device is provided with a fuel feeding determining section determining whether or not fuel is fed to a fuel tank, and a leak diagnosis control section to execute leak diagnosis after determination of fuel feeding by the fuel feeding determining section.
