<p>The present invention relates to a DNA-antibody. The antibody was prepared by the following steps: 1) constructing three engineering antibody libraries of DNA polymorphism; 2) screening the above library of DNA-antibody; 3) labeling and amplifying the DNA-antibody. The present invention also relates to use the DNA molecule having antigen specially binding activity as the antibody so as to outcome the deficiency of antibody due to the variability of antigen and a series of difficulties of developing, screening, preparing, purifying protein, and expensive cost and long-term of preservation.</p> |
