PURPOSE: A method of making a food product, in particular, soup(tang), hot pot cooking(jeongol) by using mollusks such as a small octopus or an octopus and a gourd as a main material is provided. The food product tastes rather hot and has a non-greasy taste. CONSTITUTION: The food product is prepared by the steps of: preparing soup by heating 1,000ml clean water, 180g gourd stuffing, 100g radish, 5g laminaria, 20g whole garlic, 6g red pepper seeds and 40g anchovy over high heat for 20 to 30min; mixing the soup with 10 to 15 gourd stuffing, 4 to 5 potatoes with a size of about 5cm, 5 to 8 red peppers and 4g MSG and heating for about 5min; adding a small octopus or an octopus to the soup and heating for a predetermined time. |
