PURPOSE: A projector installed with a foreign material removing machine is provided to keep the projection clean all the time by falling off foreign materials piled in a cylindrical transparent pipe by a brush and then collecting the foreign materials by a dust collecting screw. CONSTITUTION: In a projector installed with a foreign material removing machine, foreign materials removed from a cylindrical transparent pipe are stuck on a cleaner(109) and a brush(111) and rotated and dropped on a foreign material guide(116). The foreign materials are shaken off by brush bristles(116a,116b) attached in the foreign material guide, moved down along the foreign material guide, collected by a dust collecting screw, and gathered in a foreign material hole(118). And then, the foreign materials are accumulated in a foreign material tray(136). When the foreign material tray is filled fully with the foreign materials, the foreign material tray is drawn out and emptied.
