FIELD: mixing components of explosives and molding articles from them. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes proportioning of viscous-flow components by means of variable-capacity pump and weighing of powder-like components by means of feeder provided with adjustable drive. Synchronous proportioning of components is achieved through control of rotational speed of feeder and pump drives. Compound is mixed at simultaneous circulation in preliminary mixer for 10-30 min, after which vacuum is formed in vacuum mixer and compound is taken into vacuum mixer where articles are molded by discharge of compound from mixers to loads on drives exceeding the loads of idling by 5-10%. ^ EFFECT: enhanced safety of mixing; improved quality of articles by their solidity. ^ 1 dwg, 2 tbl, 10 ex |
