<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, for security commodities, a secure case which cannot be opened by a screwdriver, etc. and a secure unlocking key which is so specially formed that it is difficult to make a duplicate without seeing it. <P>SOLUTION: This commodity case 2 comprises a case main body 2a where a recorded video, etc. is placed and a top cover 2b. The superimposed part 3 of the case has an insertion piece 3a at least on the opening side face 2a1 of the main body 2a and on the opening side face 2b1 of the top cover for opening the case freely. A lock body 5 able to be freely inserted or removed along a guiding part formed on the piece 3a is formed in a space between the insertion piece 3a and the commodity.
