<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a pump at high speed by using an elastic member to obtain the same effect as fixing a pump lower part. <P>SOLUTION: The elastic member 1 is placed on a bottom face of a storage tank 12, and the lower end of the vertical type pump 11 is made to contact the upper face of the elastic member 1. At this time, a gapδis formed between the upper face part 12a of the storage tank 12 and a mounting flange part 11Aa of a drive part 11A. By securely fastening the mounting flange part 11Aa to the upper face part 12a by bolts 13, the elastic member 1 is elastically compressed so that the gapδis eliminated. In a state wherein the elastic member 1 is compressed to eliminate the gapδ, frictional force is generated between the lower end of the pump 11 and the upper face of the elastic member 11, and the lower part of the pump 11 is inmovably supported in the same way as the lower part of the pump 11 were fixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
