<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a call originating business without deteriorating call originating efficiency by using a technique for originating a call from an empty line as it is at the time of call originating processing by an outbound system and to promptly deal with a customer who calls back by associating a call back destination with individual campaigns. <P>SOLUTION: The outbound system is connected with a fixed-line telephone or a cellular phone of the customer and constituted of a CTI server 3, a plurality of operator PCs 4 connected with the CTI server 3 and a plurality of telephone sets 5 connected with the respective operator PCs 4, etc., the CTI server 3 is provided with a caller number management table 6 in which caller numbers are set to each of a plurality of campaigns in the case of performing a telemarketing business, etc., originates the call adding the corresponding caller number by every campaign and makes a call arrive at the telephone with the caller number corresponding to the called campaign also at the time of call termination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
