PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly permeabile hollow fiber membrane type hemocatharsis device which overcomes various problems caused by the reduction of fiber strength. SOLUTION: In the highly permeabile hollow fiber type hemocatharsis device, it was clarified that the occurrence of cutting off or pinholes of the hollow fiber which are the cause of blood leak trouble when used in clinical use relates to the burst pressure of the membrane of the hollow fiber. The burst pressure of the membrane of the hollow fiber is improved by reducing the fluctuation of a nozzle slit width when spinning the membrane of the hollow fiber and by controlling a filter orifice diameter when removing insoluble components in a solution for forming the membrane, and it becomes possible to acquire a safe highly permeabile hollow fiber membrane type hemocatharsis device which hardly causes blood leak.
