PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operation procedure and an operation timing from being erroneously inputted and to facilitate an operation when an ultrasonic photographing instrument is operated. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic photographing operation apparatus includes an operation input means 11 for a user 5 to input the operation to an ultrasonic photographing instrument main body 2 by the desired operation procedure and the desired operation timing; an operation storage means 12 for storing the inputted operation procedure and operation timing; and an automatic operation means 13 for automatically operating the ultrasonic photographing instrument main body 2 in response to the stored operation procedure and operation timing.
